A history and a continuity

Founded in 1973, Restaurant Du Collège, a family-oriented St-Laurent borough restaurant, has stood the test of time. This, thanks to its hospitality and tasty culinary offerings appreciated by young and older alike. Since 2008, owners, Jill and Yvo, have worked at this neighbourhood institution to offer quality dishes of unequalled freshness to their loyal and new clientele. All cooked entirely on-site by a talented and dedicated team in the kitchen.

Jill and Yvo’s story

Living in the neighbourhood and being customers of Restaurant Du Collège themselves, it was somewhat by chance, but not without determination, that Jill and Yvo became its owners. In 2008, after having developed a warm relationship with the retiring, hard-working original owners, Jill and Yvo decided to purchase Restaurant Du Collège.

Committed to providing quality meals and personalized, courteous service, Jill and Yvo are dedicated to the continuation and the success of this restaurant, which is a fixture in the St. Laurent neighborhood.

Benefiting from a partnership that relies on complementary skills, Yvo handles the kitchen and restaurant operations using his 30+ years of experience in the restaurant industry. Jill, behind the scenes, manages the business as a whole.
